Hi everyone,
I met with Mr. Cornish this morning and told him our thoughts about the cheer trainer
and the expense. We will NOT have a cheer trainer next year. Lauren will be the spiritline coach and Mrs. Lucero
will coach pom. Mr. Cornish understood how difficult it would be to collect the monies needed to pay all coaches.
Cheer try-out packets will be avialable soon. Tentative dates for try-outs will be cheer the last week of April and
pom the first week in May.
Included in the try-out packet will be an information sheet from the coaches stating
the week of cheer camp, summer practices, expenses etc..... They seem extremely excited and ready for next year!
If Carly makes the squad????? I will hold a booster club meeting
soon after try-outs. We need to start fund raising ASAP or at least get a plan about future fund raising for next
year. I really hope to sell items at the football games and possibly have all that ready prior to freshman orientation.
